What is the nutritional value of a banana milkshake?

How to make banana milkshake
- 250 ml chilled semi-skinned milk
- 1 chopped banana
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Crushed ice or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- This is the basic recipe for each milkshake. Simply whizz the chopped banana and milk, and vanilla ice cream in an electric blender until smooth and frothy.
